Join our team and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, quality, and innovation. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer communications, support the planning of tours and related activities, and actively lead tours. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and travel industry expertise will help ensure seamless experiences for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills within a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Administer booking processes ensuring all arrangements align with customer preferences and mill operations. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized planning. Coordinate part-time tour guide schedules ensuring that operating hours are covered. Coordinate with production to maintain inventory levels in Visitor Center gift shop. Engage local business, hotels and booking agencies to promote tour packages. Lead tours with an enthusiasm for the process and products to ensure five star reviews. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and itineraries to ensure accuracy and accountability. Support sales efforts by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and promoting tour packages. Requirements Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and customer needs while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to travel locally is required. Evening and weekend availability is required. Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. Proven experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules simultaneously.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
