What You'll Do:
Personally accompany seniors and their families on guided tours of local senior living communities, providing insight, emotional support, and helpful information throughout. Tailor each tour experience to match the client's needs, preferences, and concerns—ensuring every visit feels thoughtful and empowering. Communicate client feedback, questions, and concerns to the Oasis team Assist with follow-up after tours, including next steps, paperwork, and coordination with the community representatives. Ensure a smooth and professional process by managing tour logistics, scheduling, confirmations, and detailed documentation. Help ensure every family receives a responsive, compassionate, and professional experience.
What You Bring:
A passion for working with older adults and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and empathetic communication style. Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, senior care, or any high-touch service field. Strong organizational skills—you love a good checklist and follow-up is second nature to you.
