Shifts are typically one to three hours in length with Open Houses being a full day (once a semester).

- This is a Federal Study Work study position
- Student Ambassadors are part of Admissions who represent OCC at campus events.
They also assist the Admissions Office by participating in student panels, meeting with visitors to provide a student perspective, and networking to help the community understand all that OCC has to offer. Job Requirements:
Must have a valid FAFSA on file Must have a financial need, as demonstrated by the FAFSA Must be matriculated into a program Attending at least half-time (6 credit hours) Maintain satisfactory progress (SAP) towards the completion of their program Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor Availability to attend training sessions and scheduled events Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed for special programs Availability forFall and Spring Open House Additional Information:
Pay Rate:
Starting rate of $16.00 for new Federal Work Studies. Starting rate of $17.00 for returningFederal Work Studies Hours of Operations:
Monday-Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm ( To see if you qualify for Federal Work Study (FWS)
Position:
Visits OCC's Work-Study Page Review the Work- Study Checklist & complete and submit the Work Study Interest Form Or visit the Financial Aid Service Center (FASC) located in Gordon Student Center open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm Federal Work Study may work up to 20 hours per week while classes are in session.
