Job Overview Join our team as a Distillery Tour Guide and become the friendly face that welcomes visitors to our renowned distillery. In this role, you will lead engaging, informative tours that showcase our craftsmanship, history, and production process. This is a customer facing role where you will interact with guests looking to learn more about our distillery, customer service skills and an ability to relay information in a fun and entertaining way are highly appreciated! Duties Lead captivating guided tours with the use of our pre-set slideshow. Share detailed stories about the distillation process, history, and heritage of our spirits Manage tour group logistics, ensuring timely departures and smooth guest flow Guide guests through a detailed tasting of the products made and distributed by the distillery Build rapport with tour guests through excellent customer service and personalized interactions Ensure safety protocols are followed during tours Requirements Availability on Saturdays from 1pm-6pm. Must be 21+ Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing tour groups effectively Communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Strong time management skills to coordinate tour schedules efficiently Passion for storytelling, education, and creating memorable guest experiences Tours are held on Saturdays from 1pm-6pm on site at the distillery.
