Truvista Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our door-to-door fiber internet sales teams across South Carolina.
This field-based leadership role involves recruiting, training, and supervising sales representatives, driving performance, and ensuring the successful expansion of our customer base in designated territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives across SC & GA.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
Performance Management:
Monitor team metrics, individual performance, and conversion rates; provide feedback and accountability.
Field Presence:
Work hands-on in the field to support reps, close sales, and model best practices.
Territory Management:
Assign territories, optimize coverage, and identify high-opportunity neighborhoods.
Training & Development:
Conduct onboarding sessions, sales training, and ongoing development to maintain a high-performing team.
Reporting:
Track and report on KPIs, customer feedback, and team progress to senior leadership.
Customer Focus:
Ensure a positive customer experience and manage escalations as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, local laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
25 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or fiber internet2+ year of leadership experience in a field sales environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skillsWillingness to travel throughout SC & GA MarketsValid drivers license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of fiber internet technology and servicesExperience working with CRMs and sales performance toolsSpanish/English bilingual skills a plus
