SOAR Adventure Tower is currently seeking eligible applicants to join our Adventure Team staff. This position requires energetic, adventurous, and safety conscious individuals. Our Adventure Team Members are responsible for communicating with and overseeing guests during their experience to ensure an unforgettable and safe adventure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests and introduce them to the park Harness guests and familiarize them to the safety equipment they will be using during their adventure Conduct safety demonstrations for guests Provide guidance for guests when needed while they are in the park Provide assists for guests as needed Provide and document thorough daily inspections of the course and safety equipment Promote a positive and enjoyable attitude at all times Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory Assist in course maintenance as needed Assist with special events as needed Complying with and enforcing the policies, procedures, and regulations of SOAR Adventure Tower Assist with other duties in the park as needed

QUALIFICATIONS . 17

years of age or older Customer service skills Commitment to safety and attention to detail Must have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be comfortable working at heights of 50 or more feet Ability to pass first aid and CPR training course No experience needed. Will provide all safety and customer service training

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
