THE ROLE

The Head Indoor Guide is a leadership position responsible for creating an exceptional member and guest experience while leading the Indoor Guide team. As an elevation of the Senior Indoor Guide role, you'll continue to lead from the floor while taking ownership of team development, daily operations, events, member experience, and facility standards. You'll work closely with the General Manager to keep the gym running smoothly and ensure Climb's standards are consistently met.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, train, and develop the Guide team. Help with Guide hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and accountability. Own the member and guest experience. Resolve member concerns and serve as a point of escalation. Coordinate and lead groups, parties, Community Nights, and events. Oversee cleanliness, organization, and operational standards. Support retail, inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities. Identify what needs to be done, delegate effectively, and follow through.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is:

An experienced Indoor Guide who understands Climb's standards. Positive, energetic, and passionate about climbing and community. A strong communicator and customer-service professional. Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Confident coaching others and holding teammates accountable. Proactive, dependable, and willing to do what needs to be done. Interested in growing as a leader.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Climb Lead Approval as a Tester Valid CPR/First Aid certification Evening and weekend availability
