Our guides are responsible for taking a group of customers through the vibrant streets of Dallas safely. Each In-City tour has various historic landmarks and unique stops so guides will need excellent navigational skills coupled with strong communication. Due to the ever changing environment around you, adaptability and decisive decision making skills will be paramount to ensure the safety of all guests for every single experience. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour, plus 100% of guest gratuities What are we looking for in a Dallas Tour Guide? Follow check-in procedures and assist customers at check-in. Prepare and ensure all bikes are functioning before and after the Tour Ability to take control and manage small groups of people. Confident and Charismatic personality Knowledge of Dallas is a big plus but not required. (New to Dallas, no problem. As long as you are as excited about Dallas as we are!) We will provide complete training for all tour guides. Providing excellent customer service, delivering a tree-mendous experience! Promoting a safe environment Delivering effective safety briefings to guests Inspecting and fitting guests' equipment Monitoring, patrolling, and maintaining facilities Managing bookings, transactions, and other administrative tasks Requirements Must have reliable transportation Weekend Availability is
REQUIRED
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license Hard working and motivated Love the outdoors Comfortable interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer service Promote a positive, safe, and exciting experience for every visitor Significant work experience in customer service preferred Fluent in English; bilingual a plus Friendly, warm, appreciative, hospitable, speak clearly and at a pleasant pace Basic computer skills, including email and word processing Enthusiastic, engaging, and informative way of speaking Ability to execute with a high degree of professionalism and excellence, especially under pressure.
