Job Description

Must have at least 2 years' experience as a travel team lead doing merchandising, installing and building fixtures. You MUST be able to travel 100% (overnight travel) You MUST have your own reliable vehicle to travel out of state (not shared) Carpentry and mill work experience is a plus!! Pivotal Retail Group is looking for a detailed driven Traveling Team Lead with experience working as a lead installing fixtures and also merchandising, to work as part of a team completing a variety of tasks such as, assembling fixtures, some carpentry and mill work, stocking shelves, setting plan o grams, and setting up new stores. As a Team Lead, you will be the direct contact person with Store Management and act as a liaison for the company and project procedures.

What We Offer Hourly position based on experience Travel accommodations booked and paid in advance by company. Double occupancy rooms Per diem $30.00 (Pay allowance for food and miscellaneous expenses) for each night that you are on the job Mileage reimbursement for non-local travel Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Execute tasks to set up new stores or remodel existing one
  • Lead and direct up to 10 direct reports/ team members/ merchandisers at a time
  • Oversee all merchandising tasks related to such plans, such as: fixture installation, displays, signage, gondola placement, stocking, and other related tasks
  • Communicate with Team Members and Management daily.
  • Exceed client expectations and deliver within the stated timeframe Required Qualifications 2+ years of industry Team Lead experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Access to reliable transportation (not shared). Smart phone. Must be flexible to work any shift that includes a complete eight (8) to ten (10) hours and overtime as required. Must be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 lbs Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment panel drug screening. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Must possess an acceptable driving record. Must be dependable and possess a positive attitude.
