Full Job Description:
Applicant Will Be Trained to perform: Educate visitors about the history of US paper currency Personnel will be trained and positioned throughout the visitor center to oversee self-guided tours Greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude Provide visitors with instructions face-to-face as well as over the phone Answer visitor questions and be able to provide instructions to large groups Be knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour Schedule/Confirm visitor appointments through a Tour Scheduling program Drive an electric tram (training provided) to transport visitors from the Transfer Station to the Visitor Center Assist visitors in the gift shop with excellent customer service Effectively use a point-of-sale system Work efficiently & harmoniously with a small staff of 10 to 12 members Perform basic computer tasks Hours are 8:00 a.m.
