Ground Guides assist with attraction operations, monitor guest activity, enforce safety rules, maintain cleanliness, and communicate with Leads and Park Wide when assistance is needed. Ground Guides should actively engage with guests, provide friendly and energetic customer service, and help create a fun environment that all guests can enjoy. They are expected to remain attentive, assist guests with questions or concerns, maintain attraction standards, and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or emergencies to leadership.
Pay:
$10/hour
Availability:
Full weekend availability required Must be at least 16 years old . Must have full weekend availability . Must be dependable and punctual. Must be friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests. Must be able to create a fun and welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Must communicate effectively with guests and team members. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be able to follow safety rules and instructions from leadership. Must be comfortable working around children and families. Must remain attentive and active throughout the shift. Must be willing to assist with cleaning and general park duties. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Must maintain a professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude. Previous experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
