Position Overview We are seeking a Wine Steward / Server who shares our appreciation for fine wines, artful presentation, and warm yet polished guest interaction. The ideal candidate has experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality and demonstrates excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork . Responsibilities Provide guests with exceptional table and wine service. Present and describe wines confidently, guiding guests through pairings and selections. Maintain a refined and elegant demeanor consistent with the Château Bellecru atmosphere. Collaborate with management and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and bar. Uphold the company's high standards of presentation and customer care. Requirements Previous experience as a server , wine steward , or in fine dining preferred. Basic knowledge of wine and food pairings (additional training provided). Professional work ethics and a polished appearance. Excellent communication and guest-relations skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and passionate about hospitality. French language proficiency(preferred, but not a must) Compensation $8.50/hour base pay 70% of tips Opportunities for growth within a creative and dynamic environment.
