Job Description
Activities Guide — Cibolo Creek Ranch (Marfa, TX area) Cibolo Creek Ranch is a 30,000-acre historic guest ranch in the Chinati Mountains, about 30 minutes south of Marfa. We're hiring an Activities Guide to lead guests on horseback rides, ranch tours, hikes, and other outdoor activities. This is an entry-level position. We'll train you on our property, our vehicles, and how we take care of guests. What we can't train is horsemanship, so that part you need to bring with you. What you'll do:
- Lead guided horseback rides for guests of all skill levels, including first-time riders
- Saddle, groom, and care for our horses daily
- Lead ATV and vehicle tours, hikes, fishing, and other ranch activities
- Help guests feel welcome, safe, and taken care of What we're looking for:
- Confident rider who can saddle, handle, and care for horses. This is a must.
- Clean, presentable, and comfortable talking with guests
- Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable, on time, and good with people
Pay:
$13.00- $18.
