Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Night Golf Course Starter/Ranger, where you will be the welcoming face and guiding presence for our guests coming to play our new 9 hole illuminated night experience. In this dynamic role, you will manage tee times, coordinate player flow, and ensure an enjoyable, seamless experience for all visitors. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will help set the tone for a memorable day on the course, while your organizational skills keep operations running smoothly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor activity with exceptional guest service in a lively public environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear instructions about course rules, tee times, and safety guidelines Manage the flow of players on the course by coordinating tee times and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently Monitor course activity to ensure safety standards are maintained and address any issues promptly Assist with event management for tournaments or special outings, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, offering information about course amenities and local attractions Enforce course policies consistently while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all players Support food service or hospitality functions as needed during busy periods or special events Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically Experience working with children or in recreational settings is a plus Excellent public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when managing tee time fees. Previous experience and knowledge regarding the game of golf. Be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays. Enthusiastic team player with a passion for outdoor activities and guest engagementThis role invites energetic individuals eager to create joyful experiences on the golf course while developing valuable skills in hospitality and event coordination.
