Job Description:
Pour Your Own Epoxy is looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Traveling Class Instructor. In this role, you will travel across the country, teaching engaging and informative epoxy crafting classes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with public speaking, and is passionate about hands-on creative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach epoxy crafting classes at various locations across the country. Coordinate with host venues to ensure smooth class operations. Engage and educate groups of participants, ensuring they have a fun and informative experience. Travel long distances regularly, teaching multiple classes per week. Manage logistics and scheduling with the central office and host locations. Maintain professional and friendly relationships with host venues and class participants.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license (required). Comfortable with public speaking and teaching large groups. Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel long distances for extended periods. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous teaching or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with epoxy or woodworking is a bonus, though training will be provided.
Compensation:
Starting salary of $42,000, with additional earnings based on the number of classes taught. Uncapped earning potential, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance and sales. Access to a company vehicle for travel. Opportunity to teach at least 8 classes per month, with the option to take on more classes for increased earnings.
