Worship Leader - Grace Baptist Church of Laramie Grace Baptist Church is seeking a dependable, gifted Worship Leader to lead our congregation in authentic, Christ-centered worship each Sunday. We are a growing church in a season of revitalization, excited about what God is doing and eager to build a worship ministry that is spiritually meaningful, musically excellent, and welcoming to people across different backgrounds and experiences. What We re Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has been a committed Christian for at least one year Is proficient in either guitar or keyboard Has a strong singing voice Can confidently lead worship either solo or with a band Works well with volunteers and helps cultivate a healthy team environment Is dependable, teachable, and easy to work with Responsibilities Prepare and lead a selection of approximately five contemporary worship songs for Sunday services Coordinate and rehearse with volunteer musicians and vocalists Lead worship in a way that engages the congregation and supports the preaching of God s Word Help foster a worship culture marked by humility, excellence, authenticity, and joy Preferred (But Not Required) Previous worship leading experience Experience making fresh arrangements, reharmonization, and reimagining of songs Songwriting ability or musical creativity Above all, we value talent, dependability, spiritual maturity, and a genuine heart for ministry.
