Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery

Skills:

• Strong guest relations skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order totals
• Knowledge of sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Please note that this is a general job description for a Server position.
