Job Description
Looking for Someone that Afternoon Shift is a fit for them.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order delivery
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order totals
- Knowledge of sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Please note that this is a general job description for a Server position.
