El Royale Café is a busy, high-volume restaurant built around celebrations, great food, margaritas, and genuine hospitality. Our Waiter Assistants are right in the middle of it all — and because WAs participate in our tip structure, busy shifts can mean great earning potential. This isn't a stand-around-and-wait-to-be-told-what-to-do job. You'll work alongside our servers and learn how great service actually comes together — anticipating what a table needs, keeping sections running smoothly, communicating with the team, helping turn tables, running food and drinks, and taking care of the details that keep a busy restaurant moving. For the right person, we want this role to be a stepping stone to serving. You'll get the chance to learn our menu, watch experienced servers work their sections, build your restaurant knowledge, and develop the speed, confidence, and awareness you need to take on more responsibility.
