Job Description Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction throughout the meal Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Anticipate guest needs and provide menu knowledge and recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations Handle payments and follow proper cash and credit handling procedures Follow all service, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Must-Haves Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and punctuality Attention to detail and order accuracy Coachable attitude Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods Good to Know Schedule range: 10AM-10PM Employee meal discounts Clear expectations and structured training Opportunities for advancement for dependable team members At William's BBQ , we believe hospitality is about people first.
