We're expanding our team of Civil Process Servers—the professionals who help keep the justice system running smoothly by delivering legal documents with precision and professionalism. Job Overview We're looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals to serve legal documents to individuals and businesses in accordance with the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure. You'll work independently, manage your own schedule, and play a critical role in the legal process. Responsibilities Serve subpoenas, summonses, complaints, and other legal documents Travel throughout North Eastern Alabama to complete assignments Maintain accurate records of service attempts and completions Communicate professionally with clients and recipients Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid Alabama Driver's License Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Prior experience in process serving or legal field preferred What We Offer Flexible schedule
