Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and exceptional customer service will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, bar areas, and service stations in accordance with health regulations Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Requirements At least 1 year server experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and guests.
