Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service in our fine dining establishment. Duties Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast system. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines. Ensure all tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing guest checks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service in a hospitality-focused setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
