Job Summary:
We are an Asian fusion focused more on Malaysian style cusine, we are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring food safety, and delivering exceptional service. - Greet guests upon arrival, seat customers and take drink orders.
- Handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use POS to manage orders, manage tables, and provide excellent service.
- Ensure food safety by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Assist with food service, including delivering food and drinks to guests.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the dining area, as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding promptly to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and guest relations.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale system.
- Excellent math skills to ensure accurate orders and transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation procedures.
- Culinary experience, such as working in a kitchen or restaurant, is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
