Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Serve food and beverages—including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks—ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and beverage options based on guest preferences Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills efficiently Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences!
