We are building an energetic, guest-focused team and are currently hiring: Servers Bartenders Hosts Food Runners We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. Ideal candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during sporting events, concerts, weekends, and other high-volume casino activities. Position ResponsibilitiesServers Greet guests and provide prompt, attentive service. Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders. Maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menus. Deliver orders and check on guests throughout their experience. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Follow all alcohol-service and identification-verification requirements. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties. Bartenders Prepare signature cocktails, classic drinks, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. Follow established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Provide fast, friendly, and responsible bar service. Verify identification and monitor alcohol consumption. Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and fully stocked bar. Process guest transactions accurately. Complete opening, closing, restocking, and inventory-related duties. Hosts Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage the waitlist and coordinate table seating. Provide accurate wait times and restaurant information. Answer telephone calls and assist with general guest questions. Communicate seating needs and guest concerns to management and service staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area. Food Runners Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and accurately. Confirm orders are complete and properly presented before leaving the kitchen. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen employees. Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables when needed. Maintain clean and organized service stations. Help ensure guests receive hot, fresh food in a timely manner. General Qualifications Previous restaurant, sports bar, casino, nightclub, or high-volume hospitality experience is preferred but not required for every position. Excellent communication and guest-service skills. Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods. Willingness to learn and follow established service standards. Basic math and cash-handling skills are required for applicable positions. Bartenders and servers must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain any required casino or gaming credentials. Candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, carry trays, and move safely through crowded service areas. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, depending on the position. Scheduling Requirements Candidates must have flexible availability.
