The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and will thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings. Duties Greet guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options, including daily specials. Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system ensuring all guest requests are noted. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Process payments accurately using cash register systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining establishment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS or similar platforms is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
