Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables and assist with food handling as needed Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle math calculations swiftly Basic understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required Valid server certification or alcohol awareness training as mandated by local regulations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
