Serve non-alcoholic drinks, with knowledge of drink menus and upselling techniques like OpenTable or other reservation systems. Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety protocols. Help manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting bar service during busy nights, including cocktail mixing and beverage service. Skills Proven experience in food service roles, including waitstaff, bartender, or host/hostess positions within fast-paced or fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions efficiently. Culinary experience or basic food preparation skills that support kitchen operations effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks seamlessly during busy hours. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling opportunities. Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
