Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and cleanup Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Experience with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a dynamic setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
