Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Shift4 Dine POS systems ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety protocols Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction and foster positive guest relations Requirements Experience in food service or restaurant environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Demonstrated ability in upselling, sales techniques, and enhancing guest experiences through attentive service Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, bills, and check processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or related food industry positions is highly desirable We're excited to see how your energy and expertise can elevate our team!
