Position Summary:

We are looking for a Server to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests at our restaurants and catering events. You will serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. A great server will be able to communicate effectively with our guests and bring an authentic dining experience. We all have varying skill sets but when it comes to sharing a kitchen, we all have the same amount of power! The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly while paying attention to detail. Responsibilities:

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing meat or fish, or setting tables) Interact with guests in a friendly manner Take orders correctly and quickly - with attention to detail Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Monitor inventory and keep prices consistent Comply with all food and beverage regulations Ensure that all tables are clean and tidy before guests arrive Assist in other departments as needed or assigned (e.g. cashier, server)

Experience:

You have previous work experience as a Server or similar role (preferably within the restaurant industry) You have previous customer service experience or basic knowledge of the industry (preferably within the industry) You have previous experience with restaurant equipment (e.g. cash register)
