Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using SkyTab POS systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices. Experience Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Familiarity with SkyTab or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
