Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and guest relations, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service, taking orders, and assisting guests with menu selections. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Assist in food preparation as needed during busy periods. Skills Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in guest relations to ensure customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is an advantage.
