Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues efficiently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Culinary experience or background in food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities Familiarity with serving techniques, bussing procedures, and host/hostess responsibilities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Join us as a Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
