As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, managing orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to connect with guests and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly, providing information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using table order cards and enter the order in to our POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring that all guest needs are met throughout their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the restaurant environment. Collaborate with Teppan Chef's to ensure timely preparation and completion of orders. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, fostering positive guest relations. Skills Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety practices is beneficial. Proficient in using POS systems; experience with Micros is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
