Position Summary The Server provides high-quality dining service to residents while creating a warm, friendly, and homelike environment. Essential Responsibilities Greet residents warmly and provide attentive, professional service Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Ensure resident satisfaction and respond promptly to requests Set up dining areas before meals and clean dining rooms after service Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness Assist with basic food preparation as needed Deliver meals to residents unable to dine in the dining room Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food handling procedures Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with other dining service duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience Experience working with seniors is a plus Required Skills Friendly and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and punctual Compassion and respect for older adults Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why Join Parkstone Place?
