Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, where you will be the friendly face and attentive host that elevates our guests' dining experience. In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energy and professionalism will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide menus, and answer any questions about the menu or specials Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience Clear tables, bussing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation duties as needed to support kitchen staff and uphold hygiene standards Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Background in hospitality or serving roles that demonstrate excellent guest relations skills Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
