Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, with attention to presentation and quality Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for accurate order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food industry best practices Familiarity with openTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of liquor regulations is desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
