Job Overview:

Pay $12.15 per hour plus tips. We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Skills:

• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Basic food preparation knowledge is beneficial
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
