Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance the dining experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage table settings, clear dishes, bussing tables efficiently, and assist with sanitation to uphold food safety standards Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts Maintain knowledge of restaurant offerings including wine lists, specials, and dietary options to assist guests effectively Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with fine dining or nightclub exposure preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting accurately Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Strong communication skills paired with a friendly attitude to foster guest relations and team collaboration Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
