Morning availability is especially valuable , and while weekend availability is appreciated, we're also looking for team members who can help during weekdays whenever possible. About the Position Our Food Runner & Busser is one of the most important members of our team. You help connect the kitchen, coffee bar, and dining room while ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly, and attentive service. You'll be constantly moving, helping teammates, supporting customers, and keeping the café looking its very best. This is a fast-paced position where hospitality, teamwork, speed, quality, and accuracy all matter equally. At Carefree Coffee Roastery, teamwork isn't just encouraged—it's expected. Everyone helps wherever needed to ensure our guests receive exceptional service and our café operates efficiently. What You'll Do Deliver breakfast and lunch orders quickly, accurately, and with a smile. Greet guests warmly and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Learn the names of our regular customers and help create memorable experiences. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly. Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift. Assist guests with beverages, condiments, and other requests. Restock service stations and dining room supplies. Roll silverware and help prepare the café for both the current and following shift. Return clean dishes, glassware, and equipment to their proper locations. Assist with side work and operational tasks that help the entire team succeed. Jump in wherever needed to support your teammates and provide exceptional hospitality. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy serving others.
