Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Previous Serving experience preferably in fine dining
• Wine and Cocktail Guru
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials
• Proactive work ethic
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
• Understanding of the food industry, including food pairing recommendations If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
