Men's Lounge Attendant FireRock Country Club - Fountain Hills, AZ Part-Time | Full-Time | Seasonal | $18/hr + Tips Love people? Love hospitality? Come work where great service meets a beautiful club environment.
FireRock Country Club is looking for a Men's Lounge Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team!
This isn't your typical "take an order, drop off food, repeat" job. We're looking for someone who enjoys people, conversation, teamwork, and making members feel genuinely taken care of.
If you're friendly, reliable, quick on your feet, and the kind of person who notices when someone needs another drink before they have to ask—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Greet members and guests and make them feel welcome Take food and beverage orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it promptly Check on members and anticipate their needs Keep the lounge clean, organized, stocked, and looking great Clear and reset tables throughout the shift Learn member preferences and provide personalized service Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, servers, and management Assist with tournaments, special events, and club functions Process member charges accurately through the POS system Follow all food safety, alcohol-service, and club standards Who We're Looking ForYou don't have to know everything on Day One. We can teach the skills. We're looking for the right personality.
You're probably a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people Dependable and punctual Naturally attentive and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude Able to multitask without getting overwhelmed Comfortable working independently Willing to learn and take direction Proud of the work you do Hospitality, restaurant, serving, bartending, hotel, or private-club experience is a plus—but not required for the right person.
