By day, we are a cozy, welcoming café and brunch destination, serving specialty coffee, pastries, and globally inspired plates. By night, we transform into an intimate chef driven evening service offering a globally inspired and rotating menu. Position Summary We are looking for Servers who embody elegance, grace, and intentional hospitality. This is not a rushed, high-turnover environment. At Maeva, service is thoughtful, refined, and guest-focused. Every interaction is about creating an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver polished, attentive service with warmth and composure. Guide guests through menus, wine, and cocktails with confidence. Pace courses gracefully to create a seamless flow of service. Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism. Execute steps of service in conjunction with the bar, kitchen, and service assistants. Qualifications 1+ year of experience preferred but not required.
