KITCHEN STAFF

This is a culinary and service position performing any combination of duties from cooking and preparing food to serving. Also, maintaining the kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurants or food service environments Valid Drivers License Food Handler License Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with beverage cart, pro shop staff, and supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast, lunch, and beverage items. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Handle daily cash and reconcile opening and closing. Use of point of sale system. Receive and stock food and beverage items. Ability to work some weekends and holidays.

Pay:

$15.15 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
