Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Food Runner Crew member and become an essential link between the kitchen and our valued guests! Responsibilities Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Clear and reset tables efficiently, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and special requests Support the serving team by providing excellent guest service, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special needs Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes and utensils properly and maintaining hygiene protocols Assist with basic cooking or food prep tasks when required, contributing to overall restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety practices, and restaurant POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Strong communication skills with an energetic attitude and a passion for guest service Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced setting Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen support roles is advantageous Familiarity with hotel or culinary environments can enhance your ability to excel in this role A friendly demeanor combined with excellent teamwork skills to foster a positive guest experience Join us as a Food Runner Crew member and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
