Server - Job Responsibil ities Greet and seat customers promptly upon arrival. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner. Monitor dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Server - Job Requirements Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a server or in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
