Schedule:
Full-time. Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm.BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION
: Assist with preparation, serving, and clearing of food. Responsible for the bussing and cleanup of all flatware, silverware, and glassware. Appropriately clean all floors, sinks, countertops, walls, etc. Always maintain a positive attitude and stress cleanliness.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
:- Take resident orders and serve food accordingly
- Bus tables in accordance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and equipment and dining room
- Assist with preparation of meals as needed
- Assist in food prep
- Pay attention to presentation, taste, and attitude during mealtimes
- Attend any in-service training as required
- Ensure compliance and understanding of residents' rights
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:- Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Able to relate positively to residents, families, guests, and other personnel
- Able to maintain reliable attendance on a designated schedule.
- Able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to pass background check
EXPERIENCE
:- Experience in senior housing or long term care helpful
