We are an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant focused on great food, excellent service, and creating a fun dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be an important part of the guest experience by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service Explain our AYCE shabu-shabu dining experience, menu items, soup bases, and restaurant policies Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve meat and other food items promptly and efficiently Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs Refill drinks and assist with additional food orders Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked tables and dining areas Clear and reset tables efficiently Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas Communicate clearly with kitchen, host, and other team members Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns in a professional manner Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every guest Assist other team members during busy periods as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy shifts Team-oriented and willing to help coworkers Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members Food Handler Certification preferred Weekend and evening availability is a plus
