The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces as needed. Process cash handling transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are handled securely. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety regulations. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks during busy service periods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry is essential. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or bussing tables as needed.
